Good service for my 3 pets.. I had ordered bathing, teeth cleaning and nail clipping services. Think the app needs more better management in the back end because there was some confusion about the no of services ordered.. but I spoke to Rohit and he sorted things out although I think this caused little difficulties for the groomer who already had some appointments. When it came to the services itself Mr.Yuvaraj was absolutely professional and extremely knowledgeable about dogs. Took his time to get acquainted with them explained about the whole process and was very patient. The quality of his services and attention to details was what I loved.. all 3 of them cookie , plumpy and softy bonded well and it went smoothly in the end. Plumpy was in fact so sad to see him go.. Excellent services .. keep it up sploot.

Excellent follow up by the team when I missed my first appointment and they immediately rescheduled it. On time arrival for the service. I had opted for full body trimming and the professional Ronaldo did exactly what was required. He handled my fur baby really well. Giving water breaks in between. Not rushing into the job. Also after the grooming was done he ensured he cleaned the whole area and then left. He was well trained also carried everything that would be required. I was busy and he handled everything single handedly. The charges were reasonable and affordable.

Sploot’s groomers clearly love dogs and respect pet parents. They addressed all my concerns politely, double-checked preferences for trimming, and made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable during the entire grooming process.
